Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the values defined in our carrier agreements unless otherwise declared in writing prior to dispatch. Have you reviewed your specific cargo insurance lately? We recommend all clients maintain independent 'All Risks' coverage to ensure complete peace of mind during transit.
Storage in our North Charleston bonded facilities is governed by state-specific warehousing laws. Goods are held at the owner's risk regarding natural disasters, though our security protocols are amongst the tightest in the industry.
